First Easter

We had lunch outside at Great-Aunt Laura's house.
Jewell is playing on a blanket out in the yard waiting for us to get started.
I love how the bow in her hair is making it stand up in a fun way.

 

Even though Jewell can't walk yet, she still got an egg during the
Easter egg hunt at G-G's, great-grandma Parr's, house.
No one found the special egg that G-G had Rolf hide, so the kids
drew papers out of a bowl and Jewell won the prize!  It was $1.

Let us rejoice and be glad!
This is the day that Jesus saved us all forever!

Jewell is playing with Jaylie and Jeremiah.
Jaylie is playing with a classic Jack-in-the-box that they all love.
Jewell can't turn the knob long enough to make it come out yet,
but she loves to watch it pop out.

Kyle, Liz, and Kevin Edlin are chatting while all the kids
run around looking for Easter Eggs.
